I forgot my password and/or username. How do I log in?
Click 'Login' on the navigation menu to the left. Just Below the 'Sign In!' button, click 'provide us with your e-mail address'. Enter your e-mail address on the page that appears, and your username and password will be e-mailed to you.
How do I change my password?
After logging in with your previously established username and password, you will be taken to the 'My Application Profile' page. In the 'Edit your preferences' section you can change your password. Don't forget to click 'Post Changes'.
I don’t have an e-mail address. Is one required?
An e-mail address is required to apply online. If you do not have an e-mail address, there are several providers available that offer free e-mail accounts for example, http://www.hotmail.com, http://www.yahoo.com, http://www.google.com. Please note that Codonics, Inc. has no association with your chosen e-mail provider.
How do I change my e-mail address?

Why should I create a 'Profile'?
Your 'Profile' is also your job application. Incomplete Application Profiles will not be considered.
Do I need to complete a new Application Profile for every position I want to apply for?
There is no need to complete an additional Application Profile. Our system allows you to use one Application Profile to apply for multiple jobs. Log in using your previously established username and password then click “Job Search” on the navigation menu to the left.
How do I edit my Application Profile?
Once you are logged in, click the Application Profile page you would like to edit. The profile pages are located on the navigation menu to the left. Don't forget to click 'Post Changes'.
How do I search for jobs?
Click 'Job Search' on the navigation menu to the left. You can search by location or click 'View All Jobs' also on the navigation menu.
What happens if a job becomes available for which I am qualified but haven’t applied for yet?
We encourage you to check the website frequently, as new jobs are posted regularly.
I don’t have a resume. Is one required?
We strongly suggest that all applicants submit a resume; however you may apply for any position through Codonics Career Center without uploading a resume.
Can I make changes on a resume I've already uploaded?
Once you upload a resume you may not go back and change it however you can submit an updated version. Click 'My Application' in the header menu. Click 'Upload Resume' in the first section. Browse for your updated resume.
What is a “Job Cart”?
If you see a job you are interested in, you are able to save that job by clicking “Add to my Job Cart” at the bottom of the job description. Then you may click on “Job Cart” on the navigation menu to the left to display all the jobs you’ve selected. You will have the option to remove any jobs from the cart by clicking “Remove from my Job Cart” at the bottom of the page. You can also apply for jobs in your cart by clicking “Apply for this Job” at the bottom of the page.
How do I logoff of Codonics, Inc. Career Center?
Click 'Logout' located on the navigation menu to the left or click 'Logoff' in the left corner of the footer.
Who will see my application and resume?
The Codonics, Inc. Human Resources Recruiting Team will review applications and resumes. Qualified candidates may be reviewed by the department manager responsible for the position.
How will I know if my application has been accepted?
If the position you've applied for is listed on the 'Positions' page of your Application Profile, your application has been accepted. No further confirmation will be sent.
Is my contact information secure?
Yes. Only authorized users on the Codonics, Inc. Human Resources Recruiting and Management Teams have access to your Application Profile.
